Thank you for your interest in submitting an event for posting on The Homeownership Urban Blueprint (The HUB) portal. The HUB is dedicated to expanding homeownership and wealth building for communities of color throughout metro Atlanta. We welcome posting events that support homeowners, prospective homeowners, builders/developers, residential lenders, real estate professionals and service providers to gain knowledge, make connections for resources and services and network.
Please read the following guidelines and instructions carefully before submitting your request for consideration and approval.
Guidelines
· The event must be deemed appropriate and directly connected to advancing residential homeownership to include communities of color.
· IMPORTANT: The event date should be NO LESS THAN 7-10 days in the future.
· The event must be held in metro Atlanta if in-person, virtually or as a hybrid event.
· The event may be free or low to moderate cost.
· For all submissions, you must include the date, time, cost – if any, event type, location, target audience, name of event, topic and sponosors.
· You may submit an event graphic in jpeg format with dimensions and a link to registration OR provide the key information for a calendar listing.
· We do not accept events that promote or endorse any products or services.
· We do not accept articles that contain offensive or discriminatory language.
· We reserve the right to reject any event that does not meet our guidelines or standards.
Approval Process
· Once you submit your event request, our events team will review it within 2 business days.
· If your event meets our guidelines and standards, we will notify you via email that it has been approved for posting.
· If your event posting requires revisions, we will provide feedback and give you the opportunity to make the necessary changes.
We reserve the right to make minor edits to your event posting for clarity and readability.
