We welcome guest posts from bloggers who are knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about sharing valuable information related to the homeownership eco-system. Please read the following guidelines and instructions carefully before submitting your request for consideration and article.
Guidelines
- The article should be original, well-written, and informative.
- It should be at least 800 words long and not exceed 1500 words.
- The topic should be relevant to our blog's niche and audience. homeownership for communities of color with respect to the development, acquisition, maintenance, preservation and/or sustainability of single family homes.
- The article should be free of grammatical errors and typos.
- You may include up to two links to your own website or blog within the body of the article.
- We do not accept articles that have been previously published elsewhere.
Restrictions.
- We do not accept articles that promote or endorse any products or services.
- We do not accept articles that contain offensive or discriminatory language.
- We reserve the right to edit or reject any article that does not meet our guidelines or standards.
Approval Process
- Once you submit your article, our editorial team will review it within 5 business days.
- If your article meets our guidelines and standards, we will notify you via email that it has been approved for publication.
- If your article requires revisions, we will provide feedback and give you the opportunity to make the necessary changes.
- We reserve the right to make minor edits to your article for clarity and readability.
Article Publication Timeline
- Our goal is to publish approved articles within 2 weeks of receiving them.
However, this timeline may vary depending on our editorial calendar and workload.
