Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor in the Homeownership Urban Blueprint (The HUB) Marketplace portal. The HUB is dedicated to expanding homeownership and wealth building for communities of color throughout metro Atlanta through education, pre and post-purchase counseling, and connections to residential real estate professionals and lenders who support the homebuying ecosystem.
The Marketplace is designed to serve as a one-stop resource to support prospective and existing homeowners to prepare for and sustain homeownership. We welcome Government Agencies, Professional Associations, and Non-Profit Homeownership Advocates and Service Providers to apply to offer metro Atlanta residents greater access to your products and services.
You may use this form to submit your application. Please read the following guidelines and instructions carefully before submitting your application for approval.
Guidelines
· Your agency must offer Programs and Services to citizens living in Metro Atlanta cities, counties, and the region.
· You must submit evidence of a current business license status. (if applicable)
Approval Process
· Once you submit your complete application, our HUB Marketplace review committee goal will be to evaluate and provide feedback or approval within one to five business days.
· If approved, your organization will complete a HUB marketplace vendor agreement and be invited to attend a HUB onboarding session.
- Once the agreement is executed your agency will be added to the HUB marketplace.
